Ashlyn Luczon was born and raised on Kauaʻi and is deeply rooted in the local community. Her connection to the island shapes her passion for supporting work that strengthens families, preserves community, and expands access to stable, affordable housing across Hawaiʻi.

Ashlyn attended Ke Kula Kaiapuni Hawaiʻi o Kapaʻa, where she became fluent in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi alongside English and developed a strong cultural foundation that continues to guide her values today. She later studied Business Technology and Hospitality & Tourism Management at Kauaʻi Community College and has also pursued coursework in accounting and medical administration.

Her background includes accounting, property management, hospitality, administrative operations, and customer service. Through these experiences, Ashlyn has developed strong skills in organization, communication, financial processes, and service-oriented support. She brings care, dependability, and a deep sense of community responsibility to her work with PAL Hawaiʻi.
