Bill has been a licensed general contractor for 40 years and has accumulated a wide variety of construction experience. Since arriving on Kauaʻi in 1993, he has built single family dwellings on the north and south shores, managed light commercial projects for off island construction corporations, oversaw extensive renovation projects for north shore time share condos, and handled ongoing maintenance on many commercial rentals in Līhue. Bill was also a house supervisor on two Habitat for Humanity homes, and developed a niche for himself building bamboo kit houses in an effort to bring more affordable housing to Kauaʻi.
