Chauncey-Juan Giraldi

MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST

As a part-Hawaiian raised with a strong sense of kuleana, Chauncey Giraldi is passionate about serving his community and helping build a better future for Kauaʻi. His love for construction, maintenance and repair began at a young age through volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and working alongside contractors who were willing to teach and invest in him. Since then, he has helped build homes, maintained properties in Hā‘ena, and grown into a trusted presence in the trades.

Alongside his hands-on work, Chauncey also earned a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on mental health and counseling—an accomplishment that reflects his deep commitment to people’s well-being. Whether fixing what’s broken or encouraging others through life’s challenges, Chauncey combines practical skill with a servant’s heart.

Now part of the PAL Hawaii maintenance team, Chauncey is grateful for everyone who continues to teach him along the way and hopes to be that same support to others in the future. Through every project and relationship, he is committed to shaping a stronger, healthier Kauaʻi for generations to come.
