Daniel has over 20 years of experience in construction and building maintenance. He was born in San Diego and moved with his family to Kīlauea when he was just eight months old. After high school, Daniel left Kauaʻi to pursue his degree in Sociology at the University of California Santa Cruz. Longing to be back in Hawaiʻis waters, he moved to Oʻahu and worked in construction for six years before returning home, where Daniel has honed his craftsman skills and specialties since.

At PAL Hawaiʻi, Daniel is responsible for maintaining and rehabilitating our rental apartment properties. He will soon transition into our Construction lead with the PAL Construction team with the start of PAL’s for-sale development projects.
