Randy Martin
PRESIDENT
Randy Martin retired in 2015 after more than 20 years as a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and went on to found Randall Martin LLC, a firm focused on strengthening organizations with a social-impact mission. He works with nonprofits, purpose-driven companies, social enterprises, and hybrid organizations, offering expertise in strategy, organizational design and governance, high-performance cultures, equity and inclusion, transformation, executive coaching, and leadership development. His client portfolio includes the YMCA of the USA, Independent Sector, Feeding America, the Atlanta Community Food Bank, the Latino Community Fund of Georgia, Los Niños Primero, Mindworks Georgia, and the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Randy’s commitment to purpose-driven work is long-standing. At Deloitte, he contributed to several pro bono initiatives with the YMCA of the USA and other Atlanta nonprofits and served as a panelist for the White House’s Champions of Change program on diversity and inclusion in the growing Hispanic/Latino community. He is active in teaching and nonprofit leadership, serving as adjunct faculty in Organization and Management at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and the Laney Graduate School, and partnering with the Business and Society Institute on issues related to social and environmental impact. He has chaired the board of Global Growers Network, currently serves on the board of CDF Action (and is its former chair), and sits on the Advisory Council for Los Niños Primero.
Earlier in his career, Randy helped launch Deloitte’s Organization Transformation practice and served on its national leadership team, working with Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Before Deloitte, he was the national practice director for Change Management at KPMG. He holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Georgetown University, and a certificate in Organization Design from USC’s Marshall School of Business. He is also a recipient of both the National Science Foundation Fellowship and the American Sociological Association Fellowship.
