Taylor Kaluahine Lani

ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CO‑FOUNDER

Taylor is a mother, Kanaka Ōiwi (Native Hawaiian), and rising leader born and raised on the mokupuni (island) of Kauaʻi. After graduating high school, she left Kauaʻi to pursue higher education at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. In 2015 she graduated with honors with her bachelor's degree in communication and minored in political science. Shortly after graduating, Taylor returned to school, but this time earning her Hawaiʻi real estate license to move back to Kauaʻi and help her generation and ʻohana own land and grow roots in their beloved northshore community.  

As one of the founders of PAL, Taylor is passionate about developing projects and programs that serve our island people no matter where they are in life. "It is our collective kuleana to lift up those around us, and what better way to do that than by giving them a hand up in life with stable, affordable housing."
